In Depth Look At

Hey everybody! Sorry our segment isn't as good as it should be! But we had planned on having Mr. Anderson explain things instead of me. But anyways! A little bit more information on the subject is that the State requires the school to block certain sites. Yes you know which ones I'm talking about, and this is serious business. Now the other sites that are blocked (i.e gaming sites, specialized shopping, entertainment, etc.) are blocked because they use a lot of bandwidth. When all of it is being used, that is when the computers start to run slow, and students and teachers start to get frustrated with their technology. All of that is used to determine whether or not a site should be blocked. If a site like that is not blocked and there is a high bandwidth use coming from computers, they will be blocked eventually, even if you try and hide it. Now that you know a little bit more about the system, has there ever been a site you thought may have been helpful to you for school but couldn't access because it was blocked? Please only comment if you have a site that may have actually been useful.
